By Telegraph.—Press Assoeiatien. Wellington, Last Night. The following is Rev. D. C. Bates' weather forecast to 3 p.m. to-morrow:— Moderate to strong southerly winds are probable north of New Plymouth and Napier, with fine weather and litt.c movement of the barometer. Moderate to strong westerly winds elsewhere, and a falling barometer after 12 hours; weather fair.
