The Easter newspapers of Austria, following the custom, are full of articles from prominent politicians and writers all laudatory and self congratulatory in regard to Austria-Hungary's triumphant rcaseertion of her position. All agree that the active foreign policy must continue.

IsvolHky, Minister of Foreign Affairs for Russia, lion resulted in a strong revulsion of feeling in Russia. Tim public now oppose a cliange in the Foreign Ollii'c, arguing that it would involve a disastrous subserviency to Berlin inlluenee.
