London, April 10. The Fez (Morocco) correspondent of the Daily Mail reports that—despile the Franco-German agreement of I'Vlimaiy, providing for equality of treatment of the respective nations in connection vtith concessions—the German consuls lime secured the confirmation of three concessions for mining rights granted to Messrs Maimersnian, a German linn, by Mulai llafid, before bis recognition as Sultan. The incident threatens lo cause a renewal of the controversy. •
