JUSTIFIABLE HOMICIDE.
Received April 8, 11.5 p.m. .Sydney, April 8. At the inquest ou Saloiu, tile daughter, who was arrested on a charge of murder, deposed that her father threatened to kill her mother because she refused to take, some medicine lie wished to give her. He followed her out of the kitchen, and witness shortly after, hearing her mother scream for help, got the revolver. She found her father holding her mother by the throat, and shot her father. Tho coroner's jury returned a verdict of justifiable homicide. Received April 0. 4.15 p.m. Sydney. April !).
