Mr. X. llarlc tides proceeded to deal with persons cited on the authority of (lie Arbitration Court's liuding in the Otago and Canterbury disputes, lie struck out a wry large ■number of tliflw cilcil .leaving only four names on the list, these representing private hotels and restaurants combined. >Cn evidence being forthcoming, Mr. Cilcs then sent the case direct to'tlie Arbitration Court.
