MR. SEDDON'S PORTRAIT PRESENTED. Received *27, 0.35 a.m. ■]jOndon, Mardi 20. Hon. Hall-Jones, the High Commission* er, on behalf of the widow, presented the late Right Hon. R. J. Seddon'a portrait to the battleship New Zealand in Portland Roads. Mr. Hall-Jones and Captain Stoddart made apiritedspeechea, and the crew cheered Mrs. Seddon and the High Commissioner. portrait will be hung in the wardroom.
