A WARLIKE SPEECH. Vienna, March 25. Dr. Wekerle, President of the Hungarian Ministry, delivered a warlike speech. He confers with Baron Aehrenthal at Vicuna to-day regarding Servia. _
TWO FACTORS FOR I'EACE. Received 2(1, 11.33 p.m. London, March it. Two factors have arisen suddenly, milking for peace in the Balkuns: Firstly, Russia's v.\]iris»cil eradiness as ft prelude to the proposed conference to recognise the annexation of Bosnia and Herzegovina; secondly, the Crown Prince of Servia's sudden renunciation of the Crown in favo r of his younger brother, and his probable voluntary exile for a year. He wrote to the Premier intimating that his decision was due to unjust insinuation Imned upon an unfortunate occurrence.
CHARGE AGAINST THE CROWN PRINCE.
ALLEGED HOMICIDE. Received 27, 0.35 a.m. Belgrade, March 2(i. The occurrence mentioned by the Crown Prince of Scrvia related to the death in the State Hospital of one of his griHims. The Crown Prince is openly accused of homicide by kicking the man in the stomach.
