THE CORINTHIC QUARANTINED

Outbreaks of measles and scarlet fever will necessitate a thorough funiigatioa of the vessel and a protracted medical examination. Wellington, Last Night. Shortly before three o'clock this afternoon the Corinthic, which arrived from. London this morning, came alongside the* wharf, Inning landed at Somes Island thei passengers suffering from scarlet fevctt and measles. Forty-four measles cases*— 2(1 males and 18 females—were sent inftn quarantine at the island. The {our cu**» of scarlet fever will lie taken to lh' hospital.
