• The opening of the Xgamotu Club lakes place next Saturday, when a mixed foursomes handicap will be played. Cuniipetitors are to choose partners ami opponents and enter before 4 p.m. on I'ridav next. The match committee consists of Messrs. C. H. Burgess (club captain), W. Bewlcy, and A. H. Glasgow. It lias heen decided to instal a telephone at the Ngamotu clubhouse. The annual meeting of the ladies of Jlie Ngamotu dub will probably be held on Thursday week.
