At a meeting of the Farmers' Union here -to-day great indignation was expressed at the shortage of haulage, to take away ifat lambs. It was stated that in every ease where trucks were ordered, there was delay in getting them, and consequent depreciation in the value of stock. Mr. D. 11. Cuthric, AM.', for Onma, was asked to send the following telegram to the. Minister for Railways:—"Beg to point out the injustice being done to Feilding district through waul of facilities for transport of fat stock."
