Council has passed 1 a resolution in favor of the "Welsh disestablishment this session and ailirmeit the necessity of the Free _ Church's continually engaging in politics. Dr. Clifford's resolution attributing the failure of the Educational Concordat to the exorbitant demands of the Anglican leaders and cosidcmning contracting out was carried. Only sixty favored secular education.
