SCOTLAND AND COLONIAL TOURS. INFORMATION WANTED. Received March 7, 4110 p.m. London, March 6. The Scottish liugby Union lias resolved not to participate in any colonial tour unless managed by a committee on which England, Scotland, Ireland and Wales are, equally represented. Thev also decline to associate themselves with any New Zealand tour until details of the gales of 1!!05 have been supplied and accounts of the Angio-Wclsh tour of 1908 published.
