.Mr. Haldane, Secretary for War, replying to Mr. W. Redmond regarding the military proposals to the colonies, stated that Major-General Hoad had expressed his full concurrence. He hoped, therefore, tltnt the proposals would commend themselves to the Commonwealth Government.
