CONGKESS OPENED AT BOMBAY. Condon, February 23, Sir Sydenham Clarke, Governor of Bombay, opened a Congress at Bombay relating to tropical diseases. SUCCESSFUL TREATMENT OF LEPEBS. Received 24, 1)43 p.m. Calcutta, February 24. At the, Bombay Medical Congress, Surgeon-Captain Williams, residency surgeoii at Bushire, announced that as the result of eight months' treatment, he had cured two lepers by Deycke's Nastin method. Two others yerc practically cured, and a fifth bad remarkably improved.
