CAUGHT FIRE AND SANK.
AX ARGENTINA VESSEL'S FATE. Buenos Ayrcs, February 21. The steamer President Roca, running between Southern Argentina and Buenos Ayres, caught fire and sank. Twenty persons were drowned and 350 saved.
