UNREST IN PERSIA.
GOVERNMENT BUILDINGS DESTROYED. Received 15, 10.15 p.m. Teheran, February 13. Two hundred conspirators at Resht', mainly Caucasians, threw a bomb at the Governor and destroyed the Government buildings with hand grenades and gutted the arsenals. The Shah's troops are hurrying to Resht. The Persian Nationalists have circularised the Legations stating that they do not recognise the loans made by the Shah's Government.
The insurrection is deriving great support from the I'ersions ill Constantinople, who are looking to a repetition of Turkey's constitutional victory hi Persia. 1
