At the Supreme Court to-day David Lansing Huston, a prisoner with an Australian record, was sentenced to three years' imprisonment for being lounu iu possession of 'house-breaking implements, WELLINGTON SESSION. Wellington, February IS. E, .1, Searle, on a charge of forgery, was admitted to probation for two yearn and ordered'to pay the costs of the prosecution.
