Joseph Norman, u prisoner in the Terrace Gaol, who was sentenced recently to three years' imprisonment for a savage attack on the gaol governor (Mr. W. Armstrong) on November 20th last, was yesterday certified to be a lunatic. He will probably be removed to an asylum. I
