London, February 9. Dr. T. J. Macnamara, Financial Secretary to the Admiralty, speaking at Illnenayon, said that Mr. Reginald McKerena, K.C., First Lord of the Admiralty, was under no delusion regarding Die vital nelessity of maintaining tho Navy's unassailable supremacy.
