ENDING THE LORDS. London, February 9. .Mr. A. Cre, K.C., Liberal member for Linlithgondshire, speaking at Cockermouth, said that there was a seven struggle in the House of Lords about to begin by a single clause in a single Act. Liberals, he declared, would end tlie Lords' claims instantly, and restore the inalienable rights of the people's representatives. The Right Hon. Reginald McKenna, First l-onl of the Admiralty, and the Right Hon. .1. V. Harcburt, are also threatening the Lords on the Ikies of tlie late Sir Henry Campbell-Banner-man's resolution.
