IRISH AFFAIRS.
A STORMY MEETING. Received 10, 11,2.) p.m. Umdoii, February 10. A stormy meeting, marked by several free tights, took place at the National Convention, Dublin, arising out of a small minority's attempt to direct the leaders to refuse the minor measures and oppose and embarrass the Government in every direction with a view to concentrating attention on home rule. Ultimately tin attempt was defeated and confidence in the Parliamentary Party was carried with enthusiasm. Mr. O'Brien was shouted down when opposing the Irish Land Bill.
