i SIR JAS. MILLS INTERVIEWED. ; Received 8, 0.53 a.m. Melbourne, February 7. ' Sir James Mills, cliairman of the I'nion S.S. Co., interviewed on the question of the All-Red route, said he was •unable to throw any light on the subject. The Union Company was not (building except for purely local purposes. There was no ship on the stocks tor the Vancouver route. He added that the totter matter was at present too uncertain.
