The' terms are that the tour alleged blacklegs remain at work, the company agreeing to dismiss them if it can lie proved at any time to the satisfaction, of directors that any of them acted in an arbitrary or n revengeful manlier. All the ollicials 0 f the company must immediately withdraw from the membership of the'union. Ten days' wages will be paid the miners, this being the time which elapsed-from the. coining into fo've ot the new, Act and the (iovcriiiucnl guarantee covering pueuinoconio-is.
