CAPTAIN'S ALLEGED MISCONDUCT. London, January 22. The barque Balaona, bound from London to Sydney, has been towed into Falmouth, The crew is nmtinouß owing to the alleged misconduct of the captain. A VIOLENT AND DANGEROUS CAPTAIN. PUT IN CHAINS. Received '24, 4.15 p.m. London, January 23. Owing to Captain Young being incapacitated through delirium, the Calluma (JBalaonSi) steered an erratic course to 80 miles beyond the Lizard. Captain Young was so violent that the chief officer grappled with him and had him chained and lowered! -into the lazaret. The crew insisted on not returning to their duties till Young w!a« medically treated at Fulmouth and a successor appointed.
