Mr. Barclay's petition, after iting tlie alleged impi'operly allowed ir disallowed votes, slated his reasons is follows:—(1) Two votes were aliens mil were not British subjects when ■moiled and were not entitled to be wolfed; (2) seven voters are disqualiled from voting; ('.!) one absent voterV 'ote should lie disqualified, according ;o law; (4) one other vote should lx '.rented as informal.
