TO-DAY'S MATCHES. This Cani.igton Road v. Inglewood match, which wjih left in mi unfinished state in the first round, will be continued on the Recreation Grounds this afternoon. The wicket is ill splendid order, and given fine weather an interesting and close game will probably eventuate. Carliugton Road are all out for 248. Inglewood are a very strong batting team, and it is more than likely that they will top the suburban team's score, dudgeon, who has been on the injured list, will bat. X-,!W Plymouth Hovers journey to Crcnui to'play the local combination. An enjoyable 'match is looked for by the town team. In the junior competitions, Inglewood and Carri'ngton Koad (the two leading teams) meet at Inglewood, and New Plymouth piny King's team at Tukapa.
