The band states they have a solicitor's advice (hat the method is illegal and has rendered the election void. The letter stales Out all Hie results at this competition can be upset, and that the winners are liable to have their prizes taken front them, as none of the rules under which it is to be conducted are legal. The bund therefore suggests that the competition should bo postponed, and that a special meeting of the. Association be called to consider the position.
