WANGANUI'S DISQUALIFICATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Wanganui, Last Night. Regarding the trouble between the Wanganui Caledonian Society and the. Athletic Union, it is stated authoritatively that the Feildin'g Society lias resigned from the latter as a protest against the Union's action in ignoring the amicable report of the delegates concerning the disqualification. AIT the principal competitors will be present at tire Wanganui gathering on Friday, notwithstanding the Union's disqualification threats.
