ANOTHER RIOTER FINED. RESTRAINING THE COMPANY, i Received 14, 0.50 p.m. Sydney, January 14. Another Broken Hill rioter was today lined ClO for assaulting the police. Counsel for the combined Barrier luions applied to Justice Higgias for a rule nisi to restrain the Proprietary Mine Company from continuing the locknut until the matter comes before the Federal Arbitration Court. Justice Higgins was not satisfied a case for an injunction had been made out. The Proprietary Co. might, apart from the industrial dispute, be closing down for business reasons. He granted a rule nisi returnable on the 22nd. The order gives the company a ehanec of showing cause.
