SHIPBUILDING TRADE.

AGREEMENT BETWEEN CAPITAL AND LABOR. Received 11, 11.17 p.m. London, January 11. Representatives of capital and labor in the shipbuilding trade have agreed that any question in dispute must be referred before a strike or lock-out to a grand conference embodying the authority of the Employers' Federation and the 20 unions concerned. The agreement also provides for a new and carefully framed scheme of wages.
