' Received 5, 0.30 a.m. Teheran, January 4. • During the disturbances there was bloodshed at the consulate at Ispahan. The soldiers got out of hand and pillaged, the Bazaar. The Governor and officials took refuge in the British EmBritain and Russia have notified that' they hold the Persian Government responsible for the lives and property of ■Britishers and Russians.
