THE PREMIEU INTERVIEWED.
By Telegraph.—Press Association. Cliristehurch, Last Night. Sir Joseph Ward passed through Cliristehurch to-night on his way to Wellington. In the course of an interview, lie said that the matter of milking a Government grant to the Sicilian earthquake relief fund would probably be considered at the next Cabinet meeting. Regarding the published statement that the Harbor Boards of (freymouth and Westport were to be considered and the control assumed by the (lovernment, he said that the matter had not been before Cabinet.
