OTAGO TOURNAMENT. By Telegraph.—PrcE3 Association. Dunedin, Saturday Night. The Otago Golf Club's New Year tournament was concluded to-day in gusty and showery weather. In the fourth round of the amateur championship of Otago and mixed bogey foursomes Hamilton Kniith (Otago) went round in 88, winning the championship with 334. Basil Smith (Otago) was runner-up with 347, going round in 84; H. D. Stronach third with 363; H. L. Salmon 372: (I. A. Gow (Christchurch) 37C; G. If. MacEwan (Otago) 37!). The medal handicap was played concurrently with the above and was won by A. Laing (St. Clair) 87—12—77, J. A. Park (Otago) being runner-up with 8(1—0—80. The combined foursome match resulted in a tic between J. Forbes and Miss Fotheriiighain (St. Clair Club) and H. MacNeill (Sydney) and Miss Rattray (Otago) with 1 down.
