'li tli inst. about four utiles distant from tile Upper Unit. The body was brought to ipper llutl, where ail in(jliest was held, tin; verdict being that deceased met his death by falling over a clill'.
IIAKISUIi FATALITY. j Auckland, Tuesday. Charles Peak, a married man, aged 40, was capsized in a boat half a mile oil Ijowick wharf. Peak was drowned, but four children in the same boat were saved.
