WALLABIES BEATEN BY CARDIFF. London, December 28. The Australian Wallabies football team was (beaten by Cardiff by 20 points (a goal, a penalty goal and four tries) to 8 (a goal, and a try). Beceived 29, 9.45 pjn. London, December 29.

In the first half, Cardiff scored a penalty goal to two tries. Hickey, for .the Wallabies, scored a try, which was not converted. Early in the half Burge was ordered off for kicking an opponent. Monin then secured a try, which Carmichael converted. Cardiff added a dropped goal and three tries, the first of which «as converted.
