"VOUNG MAORI" ASSOCIATION. By Telegraph.—Press Association. Auckland, Last Nightt. A conference of representatives of the [last students of tlie three Auckland .\la<u-i .secondary schools (Three Kings College, St. Stephen's School for Boys, and the Victoria School for Girls) was opened to-day, the primary object .being tli<i formation of an association on the lines of the Te Ante Association. The ltcv. J. 11. Simmonds (principal of Three Kings College) presided. It was decided to form an association to be called "The k'ouug Maori Party," Northern Branch. There was a good attendance, and much interest was manifested in the proceedings. The conference *vi|l sit again to-morrow and the following day.
