POSSIBLE IMPEACHMENT OF EXPRESIDENT. Received 28,10.10 p.m. Caracas, December 28. it is reported at Venezuela that cxPriisident Castro telegraphed from Europe to the ringleaders of the conspiracy to "kill the serpent," crush its head, and terrorise Caracas. The cablegram is likely to form the basis of n criminal impeachment, and all attempt to secure the extradition of Castro.
