An eleven-roomed house at Springfield Road, occupied by .Mr .1. T. Hill, and owned by Mr. Luttrell, was burned on Saturday evening while the family were out. Insurance £12.">0. Mr. Luttrell oidy bought the place live weeks ago from Mr. Brown, headmaster oi the Boys' High School.
