Received 20, 10 ajn. Sydney, Saturday. ■Mr. Jolui F. Sheridan, the well-known actor, died suddenly at Newcastle last night. Johnny Sheridan was one of the most . popular actors on the Australasian stage, and was perhaps best known 84 the Widow O'Brien in "Fun on the . Bristol." He was in New Plymouth in September last with "The Earl and the Girl."
