SECURE TWO .MILLIONS IN BOOTY. Received 21, 10.3d p.m. New York, December 21. Sanderson (contractor), Shu-maker (superintendent), Snyder (auditor) and MuiUhni (treasurer), who were couvicted in March of swindling to the extent of £1,800,000 in connection with the building and furnishing of tile State Capitol, were sentenced at Harrisburg to two years' imprisonment. Leave of appeal to the Superior Court of Philadelphia was allowed.
