A CARTERS' STRIKE.
DISLOCATION OF TRADE IN DUBLIN. London, December 1". A carters' strike at Dublin has caused •such dislocation of trade that the Shipping Federation has offered a thousand men to unload and deliver cargoes. The offer is likely to be accepted. Traders are petitioning for the services of.troops at tiie docks to protect the men imported to take the place of the carters.
