For milk supplied during the month Df November tile Kaupokonui Dairy Co. will pay out £12,700 on the 20th hst. For milk the Awatuna Dairy Co. will pay out this month £3204, at the rate of Is per lb butter-fat. About '71% tons of cheese were manufactured from 1,185,74u1bs of milk. The average test was 3.G.
The Ballance Co-operative Daily Company is paying out this month some ■ £OSOO for milk supplied during November, the price being lid per lb for butterfat. Tbis is a record payment for tb" •month of November in the history of the company, ami the make of butter for the mouth exceeds that of the same 'period last season by several tons. A 'number of large suppliers draw cheques 'of upwards of £IOO for the month's Supply.
