A WOMAN'S VENGEANCE. Madrid, December 14. A milliner at Bilbao was recently sentenced to eight years' imprisonment for killing a man who had been betrothed to her and had proved faithless. A petition has since been circulated in the town praying for the release of the murderess. Over ten thousand women have signed the petition. All these women have now been summoned to appear in Court. The l'ublis Prosecutor is asking the Court to ; impose four month's imprisonment on i the writer of the petition and one day's | imprisonment on each of the signatories.
