HERO-SUVA COLLISION

ADiIIItALTY COURT'S DECISION. Received 14, 11.30 p.m. Sydney, December 14. The Vice-Admiralty Court gave judgment in the cross action brought by the AX'.S.X. Co. and the Fenwick Company, respecting owners of the Suva and the Hero in connection with the collision on August 28. Each side claimed .£4OOO dttiuages. The Court found the Hero was solely to bluiue for the collision, and orderei an assessment of the damage sustained by the Suva, this, with the coats of the action, to be paid by the owners of the Hero.
