THE COURT OF APPEAL'S DECISION' WORKERS APPEALING TO THE PRIVY COUNCIB. Received 10, il.oO p.m. London, December 10. Tho Amalgamated Society of Railway Men are appealing (o the Privy Council against the decision of the Court of Appeal in regard to the use of Trade Union funds. The Court of Appeal unanimously decided that a trades union is not empowered In levy money for the support of members of ih» House of Commons. The Court refused to suspend tno idjunction, pending an appeal from its decision to the House of Lords. Mr. Davis, treasurer of the Trade Union Congress, after the decision was given, stated that Parliament would be asked to pass an amending Bill, authurising unions to support Labor members. Mr. Ivcir llardie indicate.! that if the House of Lords did not reverse the incision of the Curt of Appeal, then Parliament would lie asked to amen,! the law.
