Lord Weardale and other officers of the political committee of the Xew lieform Club memorialised Mr. Asuuith to introduce a Bill making it a lirst work next session to give effect to the expressed determination that the common will of the people shall prevail, and, if the Lords reject the Bill, to appeal to the country.
