ANNUAL REPORT. By Telegraph.--Press Association. Wellington, Last Xight. The .annual report of the (Sear .Meat Company states that, including the amount brought forward ami after making allowance for depreciation and payment of interim dividend, there remains a balance of ,C 14.233,121;. which the directors recommend fur appropriation as follows: —ln payment of a dividend of 10 per cent, lor the year ending 30t'h Ultimo, less interim dividend of 5 per cent, paid in June, .14(100; to he carried forward to next year's account, .C 01533 lis. Owing to the continued success which has attended the operations of the company's insurance department the. directors recommend the payment of a bonus of 2Vi per cent, on the paid-up capital out of the insurance reserve. As the present manager of the London ollice is retiring, the. Board has arranged with the managing director to visii (ireat llritain during the coming year with the view of settling matters and generally stiidyiiu; the markets in w'jich the company is interested.
