The Reichstag debated various mo-1 tiona for reforming the Imperial Constitution, iu the matter of Ministerial responsibility, presented By "the Centre, Radicals, Social Democrats, and Poles. Herr Bothmann Holling, in Prince Buelow's absence, explained that the Federated Government was unable to adopt a definite attitude before it was allowed an opportunity of considering the Reichstag's definite decisions. The speeches indicate a wide divergence in views. The debate was adjourned.
