THE KILTIES. i TODAY. It is almost superfluous to remind the people of Taraiuiki that the famous Kilties Band, resplendent in its gorgeous uniform, makes its appearance here today. From far and near reports have been received of the crowds making for New Plymouth to-day, and the Wellington experience of hundreds being unable to obtain admission, is in danger of being repeated. For last night's performance in Hawera the whole of the Theatre had practically been booked in advance, and from present appearances a record attendance nt the Theatre Royal is assured. In anticipation of an overflow, the visiting bandsmen are to be accommodated 011 the stage;- The programme for to-day's proceedings is published in another column, and copies of the programme for the Kilties' two performances will lie distributed on the ground to-day. The Kiltie* arrive by tile 10.45 a.m. train from Hiuvera.
