THE PARLIAMENTARY ELECTIONS. Constantinople, December 1. The Turkish elections are proceeding. Armenians and Greeks nre voting solidly with the Turks throughout Consta itinople. The Greeks aloae are dissatisfied. lhey allege irregularities in the conduct of the election. At Jerusalem the election proceeds quietly.
